We pick up our customers at the airport with a private vehicle and when the climb is completed, we drop them off at the airport again with a private vehicle. We stay at the hotel for two nights, one night before the climb and one night after the climb. We eat and drink on the mountain and always serve hot meals and hot soups, 3 or 4 dishes for each meal. Our special and professional chef is with us until the end of the tour. Hot water and tea are available in the kitchen 24 hours a day, and the teapots are stocked 24 hours a day. All equipment except small backpacks, horses and hammocks are carried. We generally stay on the mountain for 3 nights and 4 days. We change our schedule frequently depending on the weather conditions.
We only want our group to reach the summit. Our idea is to ensure that our group and customers are satisfied before making money. We go from the hotel to the village, that is, Ararat, up to 2200 meters by private car. The car takes about 50 minutes or an hour. When we arrive here, we take all our equipment to the first camp with horses. And before we arrive at the camp, our cook, who belongs to our group, prepares everything and cooks until the group arrives.
